Our qualified and experienced staff will work with you to plan the best route for you to improve your Maths or English knowledge. You will be expertly guided with courses which match your capabilities which will ultimately lead to you obtaining a recognised qualification in Adult Literacy and/or Adult Numeracy.
Detailed below are a few examples of relevant qualificaton routes in Literacy and/or Numeracy:
- Skills Route Maths: Initial Assessment, Number Skills Check, Everyday Maths - Data Handling Stage 1, Prepare and Test and National Test
- Skills Route English:- Initial Assessment, Word Skills Check, Everyday English Level 2 Writing, Prepare and Test and The National Test
The OCR National Tests time allowance are as follows.
1 hour for English
1 hour 15 minutes for Maths
